Hi-Tech Auto Body of Chicago, Inc. guarantees that all labor
performed for repair work (as described in the repair order) will be free of
defects for the duration of the present ownership of the repaired vehicle. If
any defect occurs in the repaired vehicle as a result of improper workmanship,
Hi-Tech Auto Body of Chicago, Inc. will, at no charge for labor, correct such
defect. Claims for defective workmanship must be made to Hi-Tech Auto Body of
Chicago, Inc. not later than thirty (30) days after the discovery of such
defect. All parts and materials are expressly excluded, and are subject to the
warranties, if any, of the respective manufacturers.
